Upcoming Bay Area Science Fest
The Bay Area Science Fest is coming up on November 5. The event will take place at Infineon Raceway. SCRA will be having a booth demonstrating ham radio. We still need a few more volunteers to help run the booth. If you are interested in helping or demonstrating some part of ham radio, please contact Darryl at ki6msp@arrl.net

KRCB Wine Auction
SCRA will be doing the phone team for the KRCB wine auction on October 14. We will be starting at 1800 at the KRCB studio in Rohnert Park. It should go until about 2300. Be sure to be on time!

Lassen Volcanic National Park Birthday Special Event
This is a special event coming up August 7-14 to celebrate the 95th birthday of the creation of Lassen Volcanic National Park. This event is put on by John, K6LSN, who is confined to a wheelchair but still does special events from wilderness sites.
