SCRA By-Laws Revision

The following document is the SCRA bylaws, a final draft version showing the proposed amendments as recommended by the Bylaws committee and the Board of Directors.  These amendments will be brought in front of the Membership at the April 4th Membership meeting for ratification.  The ratification requires two-thirds approval from the members who are present at the meeting.
